At GlobaltrackExpress we treat your data with the same care we treat your packages: only what is necessary, only for what you authorized.
1. Who we are
GlobaltrackExpress is a Panamanian company for shipments, delivery routes and GPS tracking based in Nuevo Tocumen, 24 de Diciembre district, Panama. For privacy matters you can write to us at info@globaltrackexpress.com or on WhatsApp at +507 6465-6319.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to quote, pick up and deliver: name, phone, email, pickup and delivery addresses, and cargo details. When you use this site's quote tool, the information is sent through WhatsApp, so that platform's privacy policy also applies. In the GPS tracking service, the platform records the location of the vehicles the client decides to monitor.
3. What we use your data for
We use your data to: prepare quotes, coordinate pickups and deliveries, send status updates and delivery proof, provide support, and —only if you subscribe to the newsletter— send news and offers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
4. Who it is shared with
We share data only when it is necessary to complete the service: for example, the delivery name and address with the assigned route staff, or shipment details with interior carriers when you hire a shipment outside the metropolitan area. Nothing more.
5. How long we keep it
We keep each shipment's data for as long as necessary for warranties, claims and accounting obligations. Newsletter subscription data is kept until you ask to unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request to know, correct or delete your personal data by writing to us at info@globaltrackexpress.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and at no cost.
7. Security and cookies
This website is static: it does not use advertising tracking cookies or create user accounts. We apply reasonable measures to protect the information we receive through our contact channels.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this same page with its update date.
