What is a tracking number and where do I find it?
It is the unique code that identifies your package throughout the whole trip. Each carrier has its format: the UPS one usually starts with 1Z, the DHL Express one has 10 digits, the FedEx one between 12 and 15 digits, and the USPS one usually 22 digits or an international format ending in US. You can find it in:
- Confirmation email: the store or the carrier sends it to you when the package leaves.
- Package label: printed next to the barcode.
- Your account at the store: in “My orders” or “Track shipment” (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Shein…).
- Your Miami locker: notifies you of the tracking number when the package arrives at the warehouse.
Is your shipment local, within Panama, with GlobaltrackExpress? Then you do not need an international tracking number: we notify you of the status on WhatsApp and send you the delivery photo.

The carrier records a movement at every checkpoint: departure, arrival at each city, customs and delivery. On international shipments there can be stretches of 24 to 72 hours with no updates, especially on weekends, flights and customs processes. It is normal; check again the next day.
What is the difference between an international and a local tracking number?
The international tracking number (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS and similar) follows the package between countries and is checked on the platforms on this page. The local tracking number or reference is used within Panama with courier companies like GlobaltrackExpress: in that case the status is confirmed on WhatsApp, with the delivery photo.
The tracking says “no information”, what do I do?
First check the number: no spaces and do not confuse the letter O with zero. Also confirm you chose the right carrier in the finder: each company only shows its own tracking numbers. If the purchase is recent, wait about 24 hours: many stores create the tracking number before handing the package to the carrier. If you do not know which company is bringing your package, check your purchase email or try “Other carrier” (ParcelsApp universal tracker). If after 48 hours it still does not appear, contact the store or write to us and we will review it with you.
Does GlobaltrackExpress store my tracking number?
No. This finder only opens the carrier's official platform with your number already loaded, in a new tab. No data is stored on our site.
