Terms of service
By hiring any GlobaltrackExpress service you accept these conditions, designed so both parties know exactly what to expect.
1. Services
GlobaltrackExpress offers: local shipments and courier services, scheduled routes for companies, GPS tracking installation and configuration, technology equipment sales and digital products. Each service's characteristics are described on this site and confirmed in the quote.
2. Quotes and prices
Every quote is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before starting the service and includes the price and estimated time. Prices may vary if the real cargo differs from what was declared in weight, size or content. Products and services marked as “quoted” have no fixed price on this site.
3. Client responsibilities
The client must: correctly declare the content and value of the cargo, properly pack fragile items, provide complete addresses with references, and make sure a person is available to receive at the agreed time. We do not transport goods prohibited by Panamanian law or illegal items.
4. Deliveries and proof
We deliver to the indicated address and record photographic proof and the name of the person who receives. If there is nobody to receive, we will notify you and coordinate a second attempt, which may generate an additional cost depending on the area.
5. Liability and claims
We are liable for loss or damage attributable to our operation up to the declared value of the cargo or the limit agreed in the quote. Claims must be submitted in writing to info@globaltrackexpress.com within 5 business days following the delivery, attaching the available evidence.
6. GPS tracking
In the GPS service, the platform records the location of the client's vehicles by the client's own decision and responsibility, and the client must inform their drivers about the monitoring. GlobaltrackExpress installs and configures the system, but does not permanently monitor the vehicles unless expressly agreed.
7. Digital products
Digital products are delivered in downloadable format once the payment is confirmed. By their nature, they cannot be returned once delivered, except for a defective file, in which case we replace it at no cost. Your license is for the purchasing business's use; resale and redistribution are not permitted.
Digital products are sold through Hotmart; the purchase, the download delivery and the 7-day guarantee are governed by the conditions shown on Hotmart's checkout at the time of payment.
8. Payments
Payments are coordinated through the means indicated in the quote (transfer, Yappy or others agreed). Business routes can be arranged with periodic invoicing under a written agreement.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page. Services already contracted are governed by the version in force at the time of their quote.
